Yes. In Invoice Settings > Invoices > Payment, you can update your nominated bank account. Thriday will sync this with Stripe to ensure payouts are sent to the correct account.
If your customer pays by card Stripe payouts are settled to your Thriday transaction account within 2 business days (T+2) after the customer makes a payment.
If they pay by bank transfer the money should be in your account next business day at the latest depending on the financial institute they pay from.
Simply switch the ‘Pay online’ toggle OFF in invoice settings or on the individual invoice. Your Stripe merchant account remains active, so you can turn it back ON anytime without reapplying.
Once activated in your settings, card payments will be enabled by default on new invoices. You can toggle this off for specific invoices.
If your Stripe account is pending approval or restricted, card payments will be disabled. You’ll see a message in invoice settings, and we’ll email you once it’s approved.
Usually just a few minutes. In some cases, Stripe may place the application under review or require additional information, in which case you’ll be notified.
Stripe requires the following information to validate your account: business name, ABN, business owner details and a valid ID.
Thriday connects you directly with Stripe during onboarding – you don’t need to register separately on Stripe’s website.
If you already have a Stripe account you can connect that account during invoice setup.
When you first set up your invoice template you will be asked if you want to accept card payments. If you do, you will be required to complete some verification steps. Thriday has partnered with Stripe, and you will need to be approved by them to start taking card payments.
