We were super excited to catch up with Jordan who is the Co-Founder and Managing Director or Neuralle, a Melbourne-based creative agency that represents some of the coolest upcoming talent in the industry.
Tell us about how Neuralle came to life:
"My wife and co-founder was working at PWC as a Senior Graphic Designer. I had created a podcast she was producing for me and people started asking me "how do you make that?". I said, we can do that for you, and before we knew it we had three clients. Not long after that, a very large client allowed my wife to go full-time and myself part-time in the business."
What's your favourite thing about what you do?
"The unique creativeness of the space we're in. We operate is this really strange, but fast-growing, segment of the crossover between talent & creative campaigns. We act on behalf of both buyers (media, brands) and sellers (talent). To me, that's fascinating and gives us great insights into consumer trends."
What are you most looking forward to about Thriday?
"Not having to hire more finance staff than I need to, and redeploying those $'s on creatives."
"Understanding attention and communication."
"We're in a big growth phase, we just purchased and renovated a new office (which is where the real money is to be made in agency land). So our focus is to expand rapidly over the next 12-18 months."
