Creativity above conformity 

We reject the notion that there is only one right way to do things. We encourage experimentation, risk-taking, and out-of-the-box thinking. We believe that creativity is the key to unlocking new possibilities and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Entrepreneurship only exists because of creativity and people pushing themselves outside their comfort zone. 

Collaboration over competition 

We believe that great things are achieved through collaboration, not competition. We value diversity and inclusivity and seek to build meaningful relationships with our members, partners, and others in the fintech community. By working together, we can achieve more than we ever could alone. If other businesses are doing something similar to ours, we applaud them for trying to tackle a problem we are so passionate about.

Empathy before ego 

We recognise that empathy is the foundation of great relationships and excellent work. We listen carefully, seek to understand, and put ourselves in others' shoes. We value humility and appreciate that we are all on a journey of growth and learning. To build something that really helps our members, we must first understand and feel what they feel intimately.

Purpose over profit 

We believe that business should be a force for good in the world. We seek to positively impact the communities we serve and the planet we share. We measure success by profit and the positive change we create. If we were to look back in twenty years, we would care about how many business owners could achieve their life goals on Thriday, not much money we made or 'competitors' we beat. 

Courage above comfort 

Growth and change require courage. We embrace discomfort and challenge ourselves to step outside our comfort zones. We are not afraid to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from our failures. We believe the most significant rewards come from facing our fears and pursuing our passions.
